The staff was friendly and we got checked in and out swiftly. The room was clean and comfortable. The air was on point and it was quiet.

It was great except the air conditioning in my room did not work. It didnt reflect in my rating as i did not request a fix or a new roo.

This is a great hotel. The suite was very clean, the staff are nice, and breakfast was good. I have absoljtely no complaints and would definitely stay there again.

The room was not cleaned completely. There was stains on the table by the telephone. Also, we had the "Do not disturb/sleeping" tag on the door because we did not want housekeeping and it was ignored. Housekeeping still entered the room.

Rooms were not ready for check in till 5:30. We were in town for a concert at us bank stadium and missed the opening act as we could not check in. A lot of unhappy people in the lobby, not just me.

Room was quite smelly and worn out. Sink drain had food odors/ parts of the carpeting in tne room were crunchy…the halls and tooms had an overall “ un-fresh” and staleness- however, the breakfast food was fabulous
